Our standard pricing details are listed below, but we can also specify bespoke packages if you’re not sure. Monthly Retainer Packages
Created especially for businesses who require a regular service, our monthly retainer packages not only cost less, but also give you guaranteed, prioritised hours. Payment is made at the start of each month, and any unused hours can be carried over for one month, (maximum 4 hours dependent on package selected) meaning extra flexibility for you and your business.
10 Hours – £325
- A monthly block of 10 hours for those who need regular work done each week or month

- An ideal package for those who have a medium amount of regular work

- A regular service, reserve hours in blocks of 30 hours per month

- YourEVA‘s premium package, a reserved block of 40 hours each month
- Suited to businesses who require a large amount of work each month to complete a variety of administrative tasks

Extra hours outside of your package will be charged at the standard pay-as-you-go rate.
Monthly cost to be agreed
YourEVA can help with projects whether they’re short or long-term, one-off or permanent. We are happy to discuss your needs so that we can agree an appropriate price for your project.
What this comprises is entirely up to you – we can do the little things that make your life easier, such as responding to emails twice daily or filtering junk mail. Perhaps you’d benefit from our help in managing your diary, your contact lists or with scheduling meetings? YourEVA is just as comfortable with the big tasks as with the small, so we can easily handle more complex tasks such as managing your company’s invoices.
Additional billable services will be included with your invoice, along with all relevant receipts and paperwork. Services such as postage, stationery, faxing, printing, and phone calls will be charged at cost and mileage at 45p per mile. If you’d like any additional details, contact YourEVA here.
Out of Hours
Out of hours ’emergency’ Ad-hoc tasks can be completed outside of our normal office hours (9.00-5.00) and are charged at £40 per hour. If you have an emergency which needs to be completed immediately, please call us on 02382250107 to discuss or email us at email@example.com.
